Responsibilities:

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses in networks, systems, and applications.
• Monitor network activity for suspicious behavior and potential security threats.
• Analyze security incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and other security tools.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices (e.g., CIA triad, risk management).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools, penetration testing methodologies, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Working knowledge of network security concepts (firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
