We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering innovative IT projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Manage project resources (budget, personnel, equipment) effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate team meetings and manage project team members effectively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Monitor and control project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Document project processes and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall preferred).
- Excellent proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
Bonus Points:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in specific IT project areas (e.g., network infrastructure, software development).
