- Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas and user journey maps.
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) that are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and best practices.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UX design.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles (user research, information architecture, interaction design).
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate user needs into effective and intuitive designs.
